Four beautiful girls are down on their luck when one of them inherits a ramshackle broken down old Car Wash deep in the heart of South Los Angeles. Unbeknownst to the girls, ancient supernatural forces bringing murder, bloodshed and hilariously comical mayhem come along with it.

In the spring of 2008, car wash workers throughout Los Angeles formed the Carwash Workers Organizing Committee of the United Steelworkers (USW), a precursor to eventual plans to unionize the informal workers of a multi-million dollar industry rampant with exploitation. Most of these workers are undocumented migrants from Central America whose aspirations have led them to washing cars in the city of angels. This experimental documentary, shot on Super 8 film, journeys into a city defined by as much by cars as it is immigrant labor to offer a quiet commentary on the relationship between class, place, and work.

During the time it takes for their vehicle to go through the car wash, a couple stands outside, exchanging some apparently harmless dialogue. Once the car is through the wash, we see them get back into the car, where their daughter had remained, and leave. We then understand that they will seperate.

The film follows Sara, an Iranian-Italian immigrant in London, through her daily struggle at a desolate car wash. Amidst mundane routines and fleeting encounters, Sara's inner dream of becoming a professional dancer yearns for expression.
